Scoped STOCKLIFT codes
When you activate an offer in StockLift, the app creates a scoped Shopify discount code (STOCKLIFT-*) tied to that trigger + add-on pairing. Pause or delete the offer and discount lifecycle is handled in admin.
Checkout flow shoppers see
- Add trigger product to cart
- StockLift widget appears on cart page
- Click Add discounted item — add-on joins cart
- STOCKLIFT code applies at checkout
- Paid order attributes revenue to the offer

Does StockLift create Shopify discount codes automatically?
Yes. Activating an offer creates a scoped STOCKLIFT discount code with write_discounts permission. Merchants can preview the cart flow before going live.
